Supply Chain Director

Job mission:

Build a resilient supply chain network covering the world, support the globalization strategy of Chinese auto parts brands, and ensure zero defects in delivery orders directly to the end market.   

Core Responsibilities:

-Lead overseas warehouse network planning to achieve a 72 hour delivery time for the target market

-Establish a supplier grading certification system (100% of A-class suppliers pass the IATF 16949 audit)

-Design a supply chain risk control mechanism to achieve raw material shortage warning>30 days and stockout rate<0.5%

Job requirements:

-10 years of experience in automotive parts supply chain, leading cross-border factory warehouse customer end-to-end optimization projects

-Proficient in localizing Lean Supply Chain (JIT/VMI) in various regions with unique environments

-Fluent in English (CET-6+), able to host global S&OP meetings in English
